Office Assistant - BANDUNG - PT Home Credit Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Handling secretarial job, such as meeting arrangement, travel arrangement, correspondences, etc to Local Employees.
- Manage general worker : Driver, Office Boy, Security and Messenger
- Manage cleanliness in office [2 floors]
- Manage and responsible to do stock opname for office supplies .
- Monitoring visitor log, mailing log, etc.
- Allign with Office Manager in Headquarter (Jakarta) in preparation of budget, expenses, and other management function.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Independent and High Initiatives.
- Self-Learner and High Motivated person.
